The 2019 Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir shows good melon and lemon fruit notes along with a touch of strawberry. A fresh and zingy acid palate is well balanced and shows similar fruit flavours to the nose. There is a delicate balance of acidity and sweetness with a bright and refreshing mousse.
