Shiraz is a wine with a great heritage in Australia, and the grape is associated with some of the best wines in the country. This 2017 vintage is our Reserve Shiraz, with glorious fruit aromas of red berries and cherries, and floral overtones. Nutty new oak adds a layer of complexity. The colour is dark red and slightly crimson. The palate of bright red berries shows the zing of a cool climate style of Shiraz, with a medium body and a touch of pepper. The tannins are soft and long. Winner of the Top Gold Award at the 2018 Orange Wine Show.

There is no other country on earth that offers such a variety of terroir from which to offer an amazing range of Australian Shiraz. Our version, a cool climate style, gives you a zing on your palate of bright red berries contrasting with a finish of soft, silky tannins. Our 2016 Reserve Shiraz has a bright aroma, and is made more complex with extra time on its lees and a vanilla oak character. With a beautiful dark red, slightly crimson colour, it has a medium body with a great length.

This 2018 vintage is our reserve Chardonnay. A fresh and fruit driven style showing lots of upfront melon and white peach fruit, with nuances of toasty, nutty oak. The palate is creamy, has citrus and melon fruit flavours, and finishes with zingy acidity.

Chardonnay is a wonderful aromatic white wine that performs amazingly in the high elevation and cool climate of the Orange region of New South Wales. This 2017 vintage is our reserve Chardonnay. The colour is a very bright medium straw. It has a complex and savoury aroma with elegant finesse, showing nutty oak, white peach and melon characters. This wine has an excellent savoury texture completed with a tight zingy finish. Winner of a Bronze Award at the 2018 Orange Wine Show.

The high elevation and cool climate of the Orange region of New South Wales make perfect conditions for the wonderful, aromatic white wine, Chardonnay. This 2016 vintage is our reserve Chardonnay, with a very bright medium straw colour. It has a complex and savoury aroma with elegant finesse, a medium body, and a good balance of peach and melon flavours made more complex with nutty oak. With savoury notes and a good bit of texture, it finishes with a tight zing. The 2016 Reserve Chardonnay has won the top award during a blind tasting selection of the China Rating System for Global Wine.

This 2018 vintage is our reserve Merlot, a vibrant, savoury and plush style with aromas of cherry plums, tamarillo and dried herbs. Slight cherry and nutty oak notes add complexity to this medium-bodied wine. The small addition of Cabernet Franc has given the wine more roundness. Silky, but prominent tannins add further complexity.

The wine has a medium body and tastes of plum and chocolate. Classic, firm Merlot tannins add to the overall length of flavour.

Usually combined with its better-known relative Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec, wines made only of Cabernet Franc are uncommon in Australia. Our 2017 Reserve Cabernet Franc has delightful, fruity aromas of dark cherry combined with violet and spice. A hint of toasty new oak adds to the overall complexity of this wine. With a medium body, the tannins are firm without being obtrusive. Winner of a Bronze Award at the 2018 Orange Wine Show.
